HoShawn: Service Manager & Technical Backbone
For over 21 years, HoShawn has led Lawton’s service operations as Service Manager — overseeing equipment installation, maintenance, customer training, technician development, and IT infrastructure support. If something runs at Lawton, chances are HoShawn has configured it, repaired it, or trained someone on it.
When Lawton expanded into equipment resale in the early 2000s, leadership knew the company needed more than just a technician — it needed someone capable of leading service operations. HoShawn came with experience from industry vendors including KIP, HP, and OSA, along with a reputation built through his grandfather, Gene, a respected service technician known throughout the reprographics industry.

Since joining Lawton in 2004, HoShawn has grown into the role of Service Manager — installing and maintaining company-owned and contracted equipment, training customers on new systems, mentoring technicians, and serving as backup IT administration. His work spans everything from wide-format hardware to internal servers and network infrastructure.
Certified in CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+, HoShawn brings both mechanical and digital expertise to the table. He supports critical network systems, helps maintain internal server stability, and ensures secure, reliable operations behind the scenes. His customers are known for their loyalty — often replacing aging equipment through him because they trust the long-term support that comes with it.
Even during the 2008 economic downturn, when the industry slowed dramatically, HoShawn stepped up — relocating temporarily to support a co-op partner on a major OSA project. Wherever Lawton’s service expertise was needed, he delivered.
