🎨 Meet Tray – Print Production Associate
Tray’s been with Lawton for a few years now, from our acquisition of Repro Consultants, and if you’ve ever had something come out of our shop looking crisp, on time, and exactly how you pictured it—there’s a good chance he had a hand in it.
And if you’ve ever walked into the shop with a question about a material, a finishing style, or whether your oddly-shaped idea can even be printed — Tray’s probably the guy we checked with. He knows his stuff, and he’s really good at making sure your project turns out the best it possibly can.
Every time I see him, he’s doing something new—cutting vinyl for storefront lettering, printing 100 feet of sponsor banners for a stadium, troubleshooting a finicky file, or helping us get that one job out the door with 2 minutes to spare. A few weeks ago, he was even crawling under a machine with a flashlight and a wrench.
He’s our Print Production Associate, but really he’s one of those people who just makes the place run smoother. Whether it’s juggling tight turnarounds or making sure the details are dialed in, Tray handles it.
Outside of work, he’s an artist and a gamer — and he makes some seriously cool stuff (we’ll drop a link below if you want to check it out). While he’s working, there’s always a podcast playing — true crime, gaming, comedy, whatever’s good that day.
Bottom line: Tray’s solid. And we’re lucky to have him.
