BTC Show 2025: Clear Plans, Clean Installs, On Time
LEOS Center, Arlington • Our second year supporting BTC
This year marked our second time supporting the BTC Show at the LEOS Center in Arlington. For us, the goal was simple: deliver graphics that were clear, durable, and easy to install—so the event team could stay focused on the show itself.
We produced a wide mix of products for the event. This included foam boards (single and double-sided), poster boards, rigid boards, foamcore easel boards, wall graphics, adhesive prints, and large graphic displays. Everything was printed, delivered, and installed on site to keep the venue looking polished and professional.
Just before the event, the team asked for something special. Mary, the BTC founder, wanted foam boards with wiring and holes cut at the top, printed as castle archways to form a gateway entrance. It was a rush order that came in the night before the show. Our crew stayed over the weekend to make it happen. The result was a bold, immersive entrance that greeted every guest as they walked in.
These last-minute challenges are where our process shines. We proof, print, and finish quickly, but always with care—checking scale, matching substrates, and labeling each piece for easy install. On site, our installers leveled lines, secured hardware, and added touch-ups so the show floor looked seamless once doors opened.
From directional signage to centerpiece displays, every element came together cleanly. Attendees had clear wayfinding, sponsors had visibility, and the event team had peace of mind knowing the visuals were handled.
